Yes. Windows 10 comes installed with Internet Explorer, which supports Microsoft Silverlight. StaffScheduleCare requires Silverlight to run.
There can be a number of Internet Explorer settings that can affect your ability to login to StaffScheduleCare. Please read this Browser Settings document for further assistance. Please note that SSC does NOT support employee login issues. You MUST contact your manager for assistance.
If your facility has purchased the option to use the mobile application, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and use it on you ipad.
